When can I expect my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location and local delivery service. Under normal circumstances you should receive your order in in The Netherlands in 4-5 working days. Orders sent to the rest of Europe will take 5-7 working days. Worldwide deliveries may take up to 10 working days. (Please note that during sale periods it may take longer for your order to arrive.)
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on orders above €100 in the Netherlands. Orders with a value below 100 euro pay €3.95 shipping costs in the Nederlands. On all other European and worldwide orders, we charge shipping costs which depend on the location of the billing adres.
Where can I check the status of my order?
As soon as your package has been reported to the shipping company, you will receive a track and trace code. With this code you can see where your package is.
